An unsuccessful actor lands the biggest role of his career just as his wife becomes pregnant after much trying. A renowned actress, away from the stage years ago to take care of her sick mother, wants to act again. The Director and the Producer, a troubled couple, try to stage the play at all costs. As they prepare for the premiere, their personal desires get in the way of their professional aspirations and threaten to lead them to failure.

On Christmas day in Chumbivilcas, in the middle of the Peruvian Andes, the Takanakuy festival is celebrated where men settle their differences with fists. Micaela (30) finds out that her sister was raped during the celebration by Don Santiago (55), a great fighter. Faced with the complicity of the town and the police, Micaela decides to train and disguised as a man to fight with the abuser, seeking his justice.

The great commercial port of Buenaventura is open to the ocean, but hemmed in by crime and poverty, condemning young people to a marginal life. In the midst of this situation, Isabel, a young Afro, decides to embark on a stormy journey of 4,400 km by land to try to reach Chile, with the hope of starting a new life. But getting there will not be easy: at every kilometer you will face the hostility of the Afro migration, where your skin color will be your biggest obstacle.
