ESTELAB is a laboratory that seeks to create a space for work, training and development of film projects from Peru, Latin America and Europe, with potential for international co-production for financial, technical or creative reasons.
The fourth edition of ESTELAB will be given online and will offer spaces for training and advice on film projects from Peru, Latin America and Europe. The objective of the laboratory is to prepare and develop film projects in the development phase to enhance their chances of having international co-producers, appearing in international markets and applying to various funds.
Public sessions regarding issues related to co-production, successful experiences, exhibition of funds, international laboratories and other opportunities for strengthening, open to all interested parties (not just selected ones), prior registration.
Face-to-face sessions, transmitted and stored online
ESTE LAB, an initiative of AL ESTE Film Festival, emerged in 2017 as a seminar dedicated to film professionals and people willing to get closer to international film production experiences mostly in Central and Eastern European countries.
In 2019 this initiative was reformulated to generate a space for training and strengthening projects in development fase in Latin America, Peru and Europe.
The laboratory has had the presence of national and international professionals with outstanding careers.
